What happens if I miss my parcel?

All of our item require a signature. If you miss your parcel a card may be left letting you know that the parcel has been returned to the local post office. You can then contact them to arrange collection or to schedule a new delivery date.

Can I track my order?

Yes! You will receive shipping confirmation email from us once your order is on its way, You will then be able to use the tracking number to track your parcel. 

Tax and Duties

The customer is liable for all import duties, customs and local taxes when the parcel has reached it's destination. Payments will be required before the item is released. Badgal Online is not responsible for any import duties, customs and local taxes.
