 DOES BADGAL ONLINE DO REFUNDS & EXCHANGES?

Yes. Only Exchange. Please email customercare@badgalonline.co.uk stating you would like to Exchange your item.  Exchanges must be done within 7 days (UK Customers) or 14 days (International Customers).

Please note that Badgal Online does not cover the shipping cost for returning your item back to us and this will be the customer’s responsibility. Please have a look at out Returns & Exchanges policy 

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I RECEIVE A FAULTY ITEM?

In the unlikely event that your item was received damaged or faulty please email us at customercare@badgalonline.co.uk

All garments are checked before packaging. Please contact us immediately and we will swap it for a new item of the same style.

WHAT DOES PRE-ORDER MEAN?

Our most exclusive  pieces are available to pre-order. Add the item to your bag and pay as normal, and we'll send you a confirmation email and ship the order as soon as the stock arrives. We'll also keep you updated on the progress of your order.

Please note pre-ordered items usually take up to 1-2 weeks to be shipped out.

DO YOU SHIP WORLDWIDE?

Yes, we offer worldwide shipping. See Delivery policy for more information.

HOW WILL MY DETAILS BE USED?

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Yes you can cancel an order. If you've changed your mind, please email customercare@badgalonline.co.uk as soon as possible. 

If your order has already been processed unfortunately we are unable to cancel the order.
