Return & Exchanges

 Does Badgal Online accept Returns/Exchange?

Yes. Only Exchange. Please email info@badgalonline.com stating you would like to Exchange your item.  Exchanges must be done within 7 days (UK  Customers) or 14 days (International Customers).

Badgal will not be responsible for the shipping costs, Shipping cost are the customer's responsibility. We require a tracking number on merchandise that is sent back to us and these items must be returned in the same condition that it was received.

EXCHANGE WILL ONLY BE ACCEPTED IF THE BADGAL TAG IS ATTACHED AND THE GARMENTS ARE NOT SHOWING SIGNS OF WEAR. GARMENTS WITH ODOUR OR MARKS INCLUDING PERFUME, MAKEUP WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.

Garments must be returned in the same condition that it was received. Badgal Online will refuse any Returns that don't comply by the requirements stated above.

We do not accept exchanges  SALE ITEMS .

YOU MUST BE APPROVED FOR AN EXCHANGE BEFORE SENDING BACK YOUR PURCHASE OR THE ITEMS WILL BE SENT BACK TO YOU

Please note that Badgal Online does not cover the shipping cost for returning your item back to us and this will be the customer’s responsibility.
