Does Badgal Online accept Returns/Exchange?
Yes. Only Exchange. Please email email@example.com stating you would like to Exchange your item. Exchanges must be done within 14 days (UK Customers) or 14 days (International Customers).
Badgal will not be responsible for the shipping costs, Shipping cost are the customer's responsibility. We require a tracking number on merchandise that is sent back to us and these items must be returned in the same condition that it was received.
Exchange will only be accepted if the Badgal Online tag is attached and the garments are not showing any signs of wear. Garments with odor or marks including perfume, will not be accepted.
Garments must be returned in the same condition that it was received. Badgal Online will refuse any Returns that don't comply by the requirements stated above.
We do not accept exchanges sales item .
YOU MUST BE APPROVED FOR AN EXCHANGE BEFORE SENDING BACK YOUR PURCHASE OR THE ITEMS WILL BE SENT BACK TO YOU
Please note that Badgal Online does not cover the shipping cost for returning your item back to us and this will be the customer’s responsibility.
Badgal Online offers a size advice which can be found in the product description or on the size chart page. Please use this when deciding on the size of your item. Please read the product description carefully as that may describe the fit and material used to help with this decision.
