All orders are handmade made to order and can take up to 3 – 10 working days to be made. Once your order is ready, we will send it out to you. We ship with DHL.

What happens if I miss my parcel?
DHL shipping service require a signature. If you miss your parcel a card may be left letting you know how to rearrange a redelivery.
Can I track my order?
Yes! You will receive a shipping confirmation email from us once your order is on its way. You will then be able to use the tracking number to track your parcel.
Tax and Duties
The customer is liable for all import duties, customs and local taxes when the parcel has reached it's destination. Payments will be required before the item is released. Badgal Online is not responsible for any import duties, customs and local taxes. If the parcel is being delayed, customers should notify us 5 days from dispatch.
