If you are interested in getting one of our pieces custom made to your measurements, please email us and someone will get back to you with the next steps to move forward. We offer this service on all of our pieces.

If you would like to make some changes to our garnets please email us before you complete the purchase. We are happy to alter the garment to fit you.

Return & Refund

Due to the garment being a custom piece, we do not offer a refund or exchanges. If for any reason you are concerned about your item, please email customercare@badgalonline.co.uk

Measurements

Please ensure that you provide the correct measurements when placing a custom order with us. It's very important that you use a tape measure to measure the smallest part of your waist without sucking in. Measure around the bust and measure the fullest part of your hip/butt.

 

How long will it take?

All pieces are hand made to each customer's measurements and this could take up to 2 - 3weeks to complete depending on the volume of orders. If you have a deadline please let us know and we are more than welcome to look into this.
